Both Wave Wind and the wind energy industry are experiencing a period of exciting growth. This presents Wave Wind team members with excellent opportunities for career development.
In addition, Wave Wind has established policies that expand career development opportunities within our company while also making it easier for team members to take advantage of them.
- On–the–Job Training. The more skilled and experienced Wave Wind team members are, the better Wave Wind is able to meet the needs of our customers. That is why on–the–job training to develop and refine skills, under the supervision of an experienced team member, is an important element of project work.
- Position Rotation. Wave Wind supports the rotation of project team members from one project to another, and from one position within a project to another (assuming the team member has the requisite skills and experience). This helps team members expand their skills and experiences.
For new team members, previous wind energy industry experience is very helpful, but not required. What Wave Wind values most is general experience in construction or related trades, a great attitude, and a desire for learning and career advancement.
