Dionne Lummus, Business Development Coordinator
Dionne Lummus brings over twenty years of experience in investment banking and private equity to the Wave Wind team. Prior to joining Wave Wind, Lummus was a career financial service professional, first as a licensed broker (for which she obtained her Series 5, 6, 7 and 63 licenses) and then as an associate at a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. She has a degree in finance and marketing from the University of California-Santa Cruz/Berkeley.
In her role as Business Development Coordinator, Lummus is a key strategic decision maker with direct responsibility for developing relationships with current and potential customers. Lummus is also responsible for managing Wave Wind's marketing and communications activities, including the company website.
Robert Rusch, Operations Manager
Robert Rusch has managed numerous wind turbine erection projects as well as major repairs and rotor replacement projects. Prior to working with Wave Wind, Rusch worked in telecommunications where he oversaw the erection of countless towers and maintenance and repair projects. Rusch is also a veteran of the United States Army.
As an Operations Manager for Wave Wind, Rusch is responsible for managing and supporting ongoing projects to ensure project success.
Michael Stutz, Project Manager
Michael Stutz has been managing projects for Wave Wind since its inception. He has managed numerous wind turbine erection projects as well as off-load and transload projects. Stutz is also a veteran of the United States Army.
As a Project Manager for Wave Wind, Stutz is responsible for managing ongoing projects and making sure each project exceeding customer expectations.
Dave Miller, Manager of Human Resources
Dave Miller has been a human resources professional for over ten years. Prior to joining Wave Wind, Miller served as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Roundy’s Supermarkets, where he managed human resources operations for 22 stores and 3,000 employees. Before Roundy's, Miller held various senior human resources positions for Famous Footwear, where his responsibilities included managing employee relations for 300 stores, talent development, and organizational development.
As Manager of Human Resources for Wave Wind, Miller is responsible for all human resources functions, including project staffing and career development.
